  1. Wake up earlier than I need to

  2. Run. Think/talk about life.

  3. Eat a happy breakfast

  4. Go to work. Work hard

  5. Come home after work. STOP working

  6. Eat a healthy dinner

  7. Watch the snacking

  8. Put the kids to bed. Read them a story

  9. Watch a tv show with wife. Snuggle

  10. Read a little. Something I like

  11. Sleep. Only a little early then I should

  12. Pray continually

  13. Stop to breath

  14. Breath deeply

  15. Drink coffee. Stop and enjoy it while I’m drinking

  16. Appreciate my friends. Think about how I can bless them.

  17. Write my book a little

  18. Write something that is not my book a little

  19. Love people a lot

  20. Feel a little sorry for myself from time to time. Then stop it.

  21. Write lengthy, witty and/or fascinating statue updates when I feel the urge

  22. Stop judging my self-worth on how many people like it.

  23. Blog.  Follow above point.

  24. Be present today!

  25. Love today!
