Run. Think/talk about life.
Eat a happy breakfast
Go to work. Work hard
Come home after work. STOP working
Eat a healthy dinner
Watch the snacking
Put the kids to bed. Read them a story
Watch a tv show with wife. Snuggle
Read a little. Something I like
Sleep. Only a little early then I should
Pray continually
Stop to breath
Breath deeply
Drink coffee. Stop and enjoy it while I’m drinking
Appreciate my friends. Think about how I can bless them.
Write my book a little
Write something that is not my book a little
Love people a lot
Feel a little sorry for myself from time to time. Then stop it.
Write lengthy, witty and/or fascinating statue updates when I feel the urge
Stop judging my self-worth on how many people like it.
